Once upon a time, in a small town on Earth [1], there lived a young boy named Tim. Tim loved to play [2]. He played [2] all day, every day. When he was not in school, Tim could be found in the park kicking a ball, running with friends, or climbing trees. His greatest talent [3] was in playing sports. Everyone said Tim was a natural.

One day, Tim saw a poster at the park. It was for a sports competition. The winner would get a prize and a big trophy. The thought of winning filled Tim with a sensation [4] of excitement. He had never been in a competition before, but he felt this could be his chance to show his talent [3] to everyone.

Tim practiced even more than usual. His friends came to cheer for him. They said, “Tim, you are sure to win. No one can run as fast or jump as high as you!”

The day of the competition came. Tim’s heart beat fast. He was excited [5]. The park was full of people waiting to see the games. The first game was to run. Tim ran like the wind. He won! The crowd cheered. It was a great accomplishment [6]. Tim felt very happy.

After the race, there was more. Tim had to jump. Jump high and then jump long. He did both. He won again! Tim was now not just a boy who loved to play [2]. He was a champion!

The next day, the town’s newsletter [7] wrote about Tim. They said he was the star of the competition. Tim’s picture was on the front page. People in the town got the newsletter [7] in their mail. Every customer [8] at the coffee shop talked about Tim. The newsletter [7] said that Tim was not only good at sports but also a kind boy who helped others.

To thank Tim for his good heart and for bringing pride to the town, the mayor gave him a gift. It was a load [9] of books, for Tim liked to read almost as much as he liked to play [2]. And another gift: a one-year subscription [10] to a sports magazine. Tim was thrilled. He had never had so many books and magazines of his own.

But the biggest surprise came from Tim’s parents. They gave him a passport [11]. “We are very proud of you,” they said. “And so, we have saved up some money. You will go to a sports camp in another country. There, you can learn more and play [2] with other children.”

Tim’s eyes grew wide. He hugged his parents. “Oh, thank you!” he said. He had never left his town before. Now he was going to travel and meet new friends. It was like a dream.

The days passed. It was time for Tim to leave for sports camp. He packed his bag. He took the books, his sports clothes, and his passport [11]. He said goodbye to his friends. “I will write to you,” he said. “I will tell you all about the camp.”

Tim went to the camp. It was big and had many fields to play [2] on. There was also a buffer [12], a space with soft mats where Tim could practice gymnastics and not get hurt if he fell. He met other children who liked sports just as he did. They came from different places and had different talents [3].

Tim learned a lot. He played [1] new games. He made new friends. Every night, he wrote in his journal about all he did. Once a week, he sent a letter back home to share his adventures.

The camp ended, and Tim returned home. He had new skills and new stories to tell. He had learned that playing was not just about winning. It was about having fun, getting better, and making friends.

And so, the boy who loved to play [2] had gone on an adventure. He had shown his talent [3], felt great accomplishment [6], and become a sensation [4]. He read his sports magazine with excitement, his passport [11] a reminder of where he had been. And just like that, Tim’s simple love for play [2] had taken him around the world, and back home again.
